We are looking to recruit negotiators (M/F) for three of our Parisian agencies located in the 7th, 8th, and 9th arrondissements

Founded in 2005, Propriétés Parisiennes Sotheby's International Realty currently has four agencies spread across both sides of the Seine River (6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th arrondissements). Propriétés Parisiennes is part of the global network of Sotheby's International Realty (with over 68 agencies in France and 1,075 agencies worldwide across more than 81 countries).

Real Estate Advisor

Job Description:
You will be responsible for developing a business portfolio (prospecting, obtaining mandates, providing advice and negotiation until the signing of the authentic sales deed).

Profile:
Ideally, you have experience in the real estate sector and a deep knowledge of the Parisian market. You are motivated, dynamic, and responsive. You have a team spirit and good interpersonal skills.

Status:
Different statuses are possible depending on your profile (commercial agent, salaried employee with advance on commission).
